Consulting and Advising
Along with research activities, the Institute of Education actively engages in consulting and advising projects. The Institute aims to identify, develop and employ new methods for strategic analysis. This work builds on the experience and achievements of leading foreign organizations including the Rand Corporation and the “Big Four” consulting firms.
The Institute has recently expanded its area of interest offering consulting for higher education institutions and corporations that work in education-related fields. Also, the Institute will assist the ongoing expansion of universities in the Russian regions. Additionally, the Institute plans to create a consulting department, which will focus on education measurement and monitoring, and a department focusing on training for the educational sector.
Each department at the Institute has its own experts and experience necessary to provide advice to institutions and organizations throughout all levels of the educational system.
The Centre for Legal Development offers consulting services on the legal and legislative aspects of the Russian educational system. The centre has worked with the Russian Ministry of Education, federal legislative bodies and the office of the Russian President, among others.
