Next Moscow Culture Workshop: with Trygve Broch
In 2021/2022 Moscow Centre for Cultural Sociology initiates an ambitious project: Moscow Culture Workshop.
The Moscow Culture Workshop is our signature project, an “academic ritual” that shapes the identity of our centre. It gathers leading cultural sociologists from around the world, whose concepts and methods either are aligned with ours, or catalyze a productive tension with them via dialogue. The workshop thus combines the virtues of a professional master-class with a contribution to international cultural sociology, and with global networking – connections which we hope will intensify existing cooperation between partner cultural sociological centers.
