Round Table "Lessons of the World's Best Education Systems for Ensuring Global Competitiveness of Moscow's General and Additional Education"

Members of the round table discussed questions concerning modern standards of managing the educational systems on the national level and in metropolitan areas, best practices of improving the education’s quality and possibilities and perspectives of using international experience to strengthen the capital’s leading position in the education’s field.

The director of the Centre for Applied Legal Research Szymon Jankiewicz delivered a speech on the issues of public representatives’ participation in education’s administrating in Moscow, New-York, Boston and Ontario. Based on the conducted studies of civil society institutions’ involvement in managing the educational process the Center has developed recommendations for the current situation’s improvement.
