On IQ.hse.ru the results of the survey conducted by the Education Law Laboratory are presented

2020 has definitely become the year of online education. Children of all ages and many adults were forced to study and teach remotely. This allowed us to see the problems of accessibility of education in a new way, as well as to assess how the massive transition to online mode is combined with existing norms and ideas that limit the time of using gadgets.
