Education Law Laboratory’s course on the Yandex.Education platform

The course “Teacher’s rights: how to defend yourself in conflict using legislative instruments” is open for applications

Upon teacher’s day, Szymon Jankiewicz and Nadezhda Knyaginina together with the Yandex.Education platform have prepared a course “Teacher’s rights: how to defend yourself in conflict using legislative instruments”.

Based on real cases, the audience will study the working rights of a teacher and the rights related to education process, their boundaries and the methods of conflict regulation.

Cases will be solved by two fictional characters – Nina and Anastasia, which will make comprehension of course material significantly easier.

The course will be useful for primary, middle and high school teachers and further education pedagogues. After the course is completed, a certificate of professional development is given.
