Prashant Loyalka delivered the lecture "The state of Chinese higher education" for the employees of the Institute for Educational Studies on February 1, 2012. During the lecture leading researcher of the International Laboratory for Education Policy Analysis at the Institute for Educational Studies (HSE) Prashant Loyalka spoke about the status of higher education in China. After the lecture there was a discussion, during which important issues of education were  raised. There were discussed not only higher education, but all its levels. There were also discussed the problems of education in Russia.
