Doctor Patrick Blumschein’s visit to HSE
Doctor Patrick Blumschein from Pedagogical University of Freiburg (Germany) conducted a row of highly important events in the framework of elaboration of the master’s program “Projecting of Modern Education” and the overall development of education projection in HSE.
The Academiс Director of the Institute for Educational Studies Isac Froumin and Dr Blumschein signed the Memorandum of Unerstanding (MOU) between HSE and Pedagogical University of Freiburg (Germany).
The first seminar of P. Blumschein’s visit was opened by the report on “Instructional Design - a Future Perspective for Education“. It was a part of series of theoretical and practical seminars devoted to the discussion of essential fundamentals, applied studies and the best experience in the field of projection of education.

A separate meeting was held for the experts of the Institute for Educational Studies by P. Blumschein where they were able to discuss actual questions and current work.
A visit of this distinguished scientist was an important landmark in the history of the Center for Development and Education Planning and elaboration of master’s program “Projection of modern education”.
