Publication of the Article “Supporting Talented Youth: Russia and Foreign Countries’ Experience”

The article by Nadezhda Knyaginina, Junior Research Fellow of the Center for Education Law, and Diana Yanbarisova, Junior Research Fellow of the Center for Cultural Sociology and Anthropology of Education of the HSE Institute of Education, was published in the magazine «Education policy».

The article «Supporting talented Youth: Russia and Foreign Countries’ Experience» describes Russian and foreign tools for identifying and supporting talented students. Foreign countries’ experience is based on the situation in the United States, the UK, Japan, Singapore, China and some other countries. The article also presents a retrospective analysis of the measures taken by the Russian Federation Government starting from 1999 to the present time and aimed at supporting gifted students.
