Publication of the Article ”Legal Regulation of Licensing and State Accreditation of the Adapted Programs in Higher Education”

Szymon Jankiewicz, Director of the Center for Education Law has published his article ”Legal regulation of licensing and state accreditation of the adapted programs in higher education” in the Legal Studies Journal.

Programmes for teaching people with disabilities are already being implemented in Russian universities. Legislation provides special conditions for implementing such programmes: the process of students’ admission to universities; the provision of education documentation; special conditions for implementing of the studying process. Some new features were also established for procedures of state regulations of the educational activity.

The article describes the procedure of licensing and state accreditation of the adapted programs at the higher educational institutions.
