HSE Institute of Education has Opened a “Legal Clinic” Dealing with Education Law

Students of the HSE Faculty of Law will be answering teachers and directors’ questions on legal problems concerning education during the “helpline” on 273-фз.рф.

Staff of the Center for Education Law will be monitoring students’ work. The establishment of the legal clinic’s work became possible due to the university’s service “Projects fair” during which professors have selected the most successful and highly motivated students interested in educational law.

Forth-year students will be participating in the “Legal clinic”:

Expert-consulting portal 273-фз.рф began its work in 2013. Till that moment the number of visitors has not reduced. The daily  attendance is  1800-2200 men . «Helpline» became a necessary link between the legislator and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, on the one hand, and the heads of educational organizations and teachers, on the other hand.

Currently, there is an  electronic admission  portal at 273-fz@hse.ru where people can address their appeals. Answers to the most interesting and relevant questions will be published on the page “New answers”.
