The Laboratory has participated in the International Expert Seminar ‘Analysis of the State and Improvement of Quality Management of Higher Education in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan’
The seminar was organized by Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University (KazNPU) in cooperation with Education Law Laboratory. Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Law of KazNPU, Bakitzhan Khasenovna Toleubekova has opened the seminar with the speech devoted to the indicative plan as an evaluation tool of the quality of university teaching.
The staff of Education Law Laboratory also gave presentations on various topics:
- Szymon Jankiewicz: ‘Education Quality Management in Russia in the Context of the Regulatory Guillotine’
- Nadezhda Knyaginina: ‘Federal Educational Standards as an Evaluation of Quality of Teaching in Russia’
- Evgenii Puchkov: ‘Internal Quality Assessment in Russian Universities: Current State and Main Development Trends in the Future’
Other speakers at the expert seminar included, among others, Vladimir Navodnov (Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Director of the National Centre for Public Accreditation) and Galina Motova (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Deputy Director of Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN), Editor-in-Chief of the journal “Accreditation in Education”.
