Usually, quality of education is provided in two contours: external and internal. The external contour is most of all familiar to the Russian education system in which the control model of quality assurance in the form of the state accreditation is implemented. The internal contour — can, but isn't obliged, to be implemented through the internal systems of a quality evaluation of education (ISQEE).
The riddle which the staff of the laboratory tried to solve, consists in, whether to understand are ISQEE at the Russian universities’ real managerial tools. For this purpose, were surveyed sites of 696 universities on availability of references of ISQEE and the content analysis of the local acts placed in open access about ISQEE of 365 universities is carried out. Results of this analysis were provided at a seminar. Colleagues told how look ISQEE at the Russian universities as far as they are widespread and whether those systems which are fixed in local acts can, to work at practice.
