To ease the oppression of inspections in industries, a government reform is underway — a «regulatory guillotine», which should remove unnecessary rules, leaving only reasonable and really necessary for the state to effectively control. However, the analysis of the state standard in the field of education (FGOS) is associated with additional restrictions.
