Coordinator - John Dixon is a Professor of Public Policy and Public Administration at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. From 2009-2014, he was the Distinguished Professor of Public Policy and Administration at KIMEP University, where he was Dean of the College of Social Sciences (2009–12) and of the Bang College of Business (2013-14). He has held senior academic appointments in the United Kingdom (1997–2008), Hong Kong (1993–1997), and Australia (1981–1992).
