Liudvika Leisyte   is a leading researcher at  TU Dortmund University. Her  research focuses on  academic work  and organizational transformation in the context of changing institutional environment. 
Prof. Leisyte is the member of the editorial boards of Higher Education Policy, European Journal of Higher Education, Acta Pedagogica Vilnensis, a chair or member of the board of various non-profit organizations (e.g. LNVH, Futura Scientia, Female Faculty Network Twente).

Elena Schimmelpfennig is a lecturer in European Humanities University, she also a part of the project "Network for the Development of Higher Education Management Systems /DEHEMS", University of Kassel
