During the webinar, experts of the legal offices of universities revealed the legal problems that universities face due to the pandemic and highlighted the peculiarities that occur during the transition to distance learning, and solutions universities find. The heads of the departments of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia provided comments on specific issues.
