The course was prepared by leading experts of the Institute of Education at the Higher School of Economics at the initiative and with the active participation of the brilliant team of the Master's Program "Education Management".

The seminar was organized by National Research University Higher School of Economics together with The Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science involving the Department of Regulatory Policy of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and staff members of regional regulatory bodies. 

Education Law Laboratory Head Szymon Jankiewicz took part in the discussion "Schools in the center of the information scandal. Case study, media relations, legal support" in the framework of the National Forum "The Headmaster 2019”.

A seminar for headmasters of the Moscow Region "School endowment (endowment fund) as a tool for financial development of an educational organization and a way to attract investment" was held In the Reception Hall of the Government House of the Moscow Region in Krasnogorsk.

Опубликован препринт С.В. Янкевича и Н.В. Княгининой «The Language of the Republic at School: Who Decides?». Авторами исследуется вопрос, может ли республика Российской Федерации установить обязанность изучать государственный язык республики в школе.

Professor Jan de Groof, Academic Supervisor of the Center for Education Law of the HSE Institute of Education, gave a lecture at the Faculty of Law as a part of the course “Educational Law”.

University of Bialystok (Poland) held its third internship within the project EduLaw “Introducing modules on law and rights in programmes of teacher training and educational sciences: A contribution to building rights-based education systems in countries in transition”.

One of the main results of the «Week of Educational Rights» was the decision to prepare a new commentary to the Federal Law on Education. It will be the first bilingual commentary in Russian law based on a detailed analysis of the international law, the decisions of the European court for human rights and the legislation of the foreign countries.

Professor from Roma Tre University, Pablo Meix Cereceda, outlined the critical areas of concern of the report and, in particular, the theoretical basis of inclusive education, international regulation of the problem, approach to he issue from the position of constitutional law, analysis of the practice of positive discrimination.
