Prashant Loyalka, the International Laboratory’s senior researcher and a Stanford University associate has visiting Russia from December 8th – 23rd.
On December 10th, the International Laboratory’s own Tatiana Khavenson finished her trip to Stanford University. Over the course of two weeks, Tatiana held working meetings with Martin Carnoy, the International Laboratory’s research supervisor, and Prashant Loyalka, the International Laboratory’s senior researcher.
