From 13 till 15 September 2012 a working seminar of Graduate School of Economics took place in “Klyazma Resort”. Directions of scientific work, peculiarities of project realization in the field of education, communication and cooperation within the University were discussed at the event.
Traditional Essex Summer School in Social Science Data Analyses took place in August 2012 in Essex University. Diversity of topics for discussion and research and distinguished teachers can be named among the most important features of Summer schools in this university.
The 38th conference IAEA 2012 took place in Astana (Kazakhstan) from 16 till 21 September 2012. This conference is held yearly by The International Association for Educational Assessment. This structure is compiled by the universities, centers, research organizations from more than 50 countries all over the world. The representatives of such famous organizations as ETS (Educational Testing Service, USA), Cito (Netherlands), Cambridge Assessment (UK) participate in this event every year.
The researchers of the Institute for Educational Studies participated in a working seminar in Suzdal aiming to improve their qualification. It took place at the beginning of June, 2012.
On May 16-17 Doctor Keis Thurlow (Saxion University, Netherlands) held a seminar and a row of meetings with the researchers from the Institute for Educational Studies with the aim of development of the Center for Development and Education Planning and promotion of education projecting in the field of education in HSE.
Doctor Patrick Blumschein from Pedagogical University of Freiburg (Germany) conducted a row of highly important events in the framework of elaboration of the master’s program “Projecting of Modern Education” and the overall development of education projection in HSE.
In the middle of April, 2012 there was conducted another Oxford Spring School. Such schools are conducted annualy. And this year it was the 10th school. Topis of the schools are almost always new, this year a course was devoted to the Multilevel Analysis.
XIII April International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development took place on April 3-5, 2012 in Moscow. It was held by National Research University “Higher school of economics” with the participation of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.
