XV International Conference on Higher Education (ICHE)
ICHE will be held on October 23-25 2024 at the HSE University, Moscow.
The XIV ICHE Conference Theme is “ Higher education: balancing between efficiency and wellbeing ”. Higher education is an area of search for a fine balance between achieving efficiency indicators and preserving the wellbeing of students, teachers and university staff. Changes in the educational environment, technological developments and new labor market demands make the search for this balance more and more difficult. How do different understandings of efficiency and wellbeing fit together? How are strategies to improve efficiency connected to wellbeing? How do national higher education systems and universities adapt to new demands for efficiency from external agents? How does the physical and psychological wellbeing of students change during their time at university? How do universities support students' physical and psychological wellbeing? These and other questions will be discussed at the XV International Conference on Higher Education.
