Issue 36 (Express) “Covid-19 and State Final Examination: strategies for conducting final exams in foreign and Russian universities”.

The Education Law Laboratory of the Institute of Education, the Legal Department of the Higher School of Economics and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation prepared expert explanations on the organization of the educational process and the financial and economic activities in universities in the context of coronavirus infection.

The event was held as part of the 17th annual conference “Educational Development Trends: How to Plan and Implement Effective Educational Reforms” at the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences.

The program is created and organized by the Institute for the Rule of Law (IRL) at the European University at Saint-Petersburg.

The monograph went on sale in leading Moscow bookstores and online stores.

On December 16, 2019, The III Week of Education Law – the traditional annual event of the Education Law Laboratory of the Institute of Education of the Higher School of Economics started.

The chapter "Language Conflicts in Russia’s Education System" was published in European Yearbook Book of Minority Issues.

The event was organized by the National Research University Higher School of Economics together with the Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science.

The course was prepared by leading experts of the Institute of Education at the Higher School of Economics at the initiative and with the active participation of the brilliant team of the Master's Program "Education Management".

The seminar was organized by National Research University Higher School of Economics together with The Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science involving the Department of Regulatory Policy of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and staff members of regional regulatory bodies.
