The Higher School of Economics’ 
INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION in Moscow, Russia invites applications for postdoctoral fellowships in Competencies and Skills.

Position Summary:

- key competencies and ‘new literacy’

- instructional design

- life-long learning in skill and literacy development

  • Writing research papers for international peer-reviewed journals, including in co-authorship with the Lab’s staff
  • Engaging in the organization of multi-stakeholder events and otherwise contributing to the Lab’s development
  • Extensive professional networking, presenting research findings at various academic community levels
  • Teaching is encouraged, though not mandatory.

The Institute of Education conducts annual empirical studies that provide extensive data for researchers in the above-mentioned areas. The Lab offers access to related databases and analytical software.

Requirements:

  • PhD from an international research university in such fields as: Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Sociology, Economics
  • Strong background in quantitative/qualitative analysis, research and practice in Education, Psychology, Instructional Design and Technologies
  • Ability to work in a team, ambitiousness and proactivity
  • Fluent English.
