HSE plays an important role in administering a cross-border Student Experience in the Research University (SERU-I) Consortium. Consortium member universities from the U.S., China, Japan, Russia and Europe rely on findings drawn from the SERU-I survey as important guidance for improving their leaning environments and the quality of education.
