The International Education Observatory initiative, launched by HSE University to focus on expert evaluation, analytics, and joint scientific research, has successfully completed the formation of a research network across all BRICS nations. South Africa was the final link, with the University of Pretoria and the University of the Witwatersrand joining experts from Russia, China, India, and Brazil. 

We are happy to announce an English release of IOE’s 'White Books' analytical series, a research endeavor as comprehensive and in-depth as no other study on the Russian educational system carried out so far.

On September 28, the inaugural session of the newly launched Moscow Culture Workshop series by the IOE Center for Cultural Sociology will host a talk titled, ‘Nature as Iconic Object: Its Performative Creation’ by Prof. Jeffrey C. Alexander (Yale University, USA)
