We are happy to announce an English release of IOE’s 'White Books' analytical series, a research endeavor as comprehensive and in-depth as no other study on the Russian educational system carried out so far.

The Human Capital Interdisciplinary Research Centre (HCIRC) is a world-class research centre comprising a consortium of HSE University, RANEPA, MGIMO University, and the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). Its work was highly rated by the RAS in 2021. Lilia Ovcharova, HSE University Vice Rector and initiator of the centre’s creation, talked to the HSE News Service about integration in international studies on active ageing, creating a database on development trends in human potential, studying the effects of digitalisation, and the centre’s priority activities for the future.

We are happy to announce a Call to fill multiple openings for International Postdoc Fellow available with IOE’s divisions across research domains in education and related fields.

Educational Studies, a quarterly international peer-reviewed journal by HSE University, has made it into Scopus Quartile One.

A cooperation agreement has recently been signed between the HSE Institute of Education and Lingnan University (Hong Kong). The parties have pledged to embark on a large-scope agenda in scholarship and networking, with a special focus on exploring cross-national perspectives in tertiary education and advancing academic exchange.

This July, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between IOE and Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University (KazNPU). In accordance with the agreement, the parties will jointly embark on a multifaceted, high-scope agenda in R&D areas central to IOE’s academic profile.
